Liberal Jeff Greenfield moves from liberal CNN to liberal CBS

This is not really news since pretty much all the people in the old media are liberal but it amuses me that dinosaur media like CBS really thinks it's gaining something by getting someone like Jeff Greenfield.

Nothing personal against Greenfield. He always comes across as polite and sane. He's not a raving, bitter liberal the way Dan Rather was. But if CBS really wanted to be bold and try something different that would result in getting new viewers, why not hire someone like a Hugh Hewitt, Bernard Goldberg or anyone who provides a right of center point of view? My guess, it never occured to anyone at CBS that might help them to bring in a new perspective outside of blue state America. Why not hire someone who voted for a Republican once?

Jeff Greenfield Moves From CNN to CBS
